Matthew Greenwell is a graduate of the University of Toledo and has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2004. He received his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Since starting work at Charles V. Longo Co., L.P.A. in 2006, he has practiced in a wide variety of different areas; including: personal injury, medical and professional malpractice, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, insurance coverage, and criminal defense. He has successfully represented clients in a number of different areas; most notably, in an ERISA disability case before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2010, and in a major contract dispute case before the Eleventh District Court of Appeals in 2010. Additionally, Matthew has assisted in obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement against product manufacturers in a products liability case and a settlement in excess of one million dollars in an employer intentional tort case.

Matthew Greenwell graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2004 where he also received the Federal Bar Association Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, as well as a Cali Award for highest grade in Constitutional Law and Products Liability.
